WHO THIS PILOT IS FOR

Bring us an installation the product team can learn from.

This first run is for working RV partners who can measure a real project, document the installation and explain what future installers need to know.

01 RV SERVICE

Mobile technicians and repair shops

Partners who already handle RV furnace work and can document fit, connections, startup and service access.

02 DEALER & UPFITTER

Dealers and conversion builders

Teams working across multiple RV layouts who can judge where a compact format solves a real installation constraint.

03 FLEET & SMALL OEM

Rental fleets and small manufacturers

Operators who can evaluate serviceability, repeatable installation and performance across a defined vehicle group.

04 FIELD CONTENT

Installation-capable creators

Creators who can show the complete install and test process, including constraints and issues—not only an unboxing.

FIT BEFORE ACCESS

RV length starts the conversation. Measurements decide the install.

The product guide positions this model for approximately 16–22 ft small travel trailers and small Class C RVs. Treat that as a screening guide: climate, insulation, floor plan and heat demand affect sizing, while the cabinet, exterior-wall depth, propane routing, 12V wiring and service access determine installation fit.

Fogatti 20K compact furnace product views and vent tube fit options
1

Measure the cabinet and service access

Record usable width, height and depth plus the room needed to place, secure and service the furnace.

2

Check the front-intake installation location

Record the front-grille clearance and confirm the product face can remain unobstructed in the selected cabinet.

3

Measure the exterior-wall X dimension

Record the actual X dimension, compare it with the five training-reference ranges and submit it for final component review.

4

Review propane and 12V DC routing

Document the proposed propane connection and 12V source, then verify electrical and gas requirements against the approved installation instructions.

5

Record the existing furnace and controls

Photograph the old data plate, note the brand, model and control arrangement, and include them in the fit review.

EXTERIOR-WALL FIT

Match the vent reference to the measured X dimension.

The three diagrams below show the 60, 145 and 175 mm versions supplied for fit screening on this page. The training reference includes five possible lengths; measure first, then have Fogatti confirm the correct component and final configuration.

Five training-reference tube lengths

Installation dimensional reference only. Fogatti must confirm the correct component, current availability and final configuration; this table does not state what is stocked or included.

Reference Tube length X dimension

HOW THE PILOT WORKS

Measure it. Install it. Report what the next partner needs to know.

The pilot follows the complete job—from RV and cabinet measurements through installation, startup and initial use—so the result is practical, not promotional.

  1. 01
    PROFILE

    Submit the installation profile

Share the business type, RV layout, install location and existing furnace, if any.

  2. 02
    FIT REVIEW

Confirm the job before a unit is assigned

Fogatti reviews the cabinet, wall-depth, propane, 12V and installation context before approving pilot access.

  3. 03
    INSTALL & TEST

    Document the complete installation

Capture the before-and-after condition, required parts, installation time, startup and initial heating test.

  4. 04
    FOLLOW-UP

    Share the practical result

Report what fit, what did not, what the user noticed and what the product or instructions should improve.

APPLY FOR THE FIRST RUN

Show us the installation you want to test.

Use the same business email that received Fogatti's invitation so we can match your profile. Qualified RV businesses arriving from ads may also apply when they have a suitable project and can complete the follow-up.

Submitting the form does not reserve a unit.

The 50-unit first run is assigned after Fogatti reviews business relevance, measured fit and installation readiness.

  • A specific small travel trailer or small Class C project
  • Qualified propane and 12V installation capability
  • Measurements, installation documentation and practical follow-up

Fogatti will use this information only to review the pilot fit and contact you about this program.

PILOT QUESTIONS

Know the product and the pilot before you apply.

These answers cover the pilot process. Final installation decisions must follow the approved product instructions and the actual RV.

Is RFS20A0B a complete furnace or a replacement core?

RFS20A0B is a complete 20K front-intake, direct-discharge propane furnace. It is not a ducted furnace or a replacement core, and compatibility with an existing installation should not be assumed.

What RVs is the 20K model intended for?

The product guide uses approximately 16–22 ft small travel trailers and small Class C RVs as a starting range. Climate, insulation, floor plan and expected use still determine the appropriate furnace size.

Who qualifies for the pilot?

RV businesses and installation-capable partners with a relevant compact-RV installation, qualified propane and 12V capability, and the ability to document the job and follow-up experience.

Does submitting the form guarantee a pilot unit?

No. The first run is limited. Fogatti will review installation fit, business relevance and testing readiness before confirming access.

How do I know whether the 20K furnace fits?

The unit measures 11.3 × 10.4 × 23.1 in, but product dimensions alone do not confirm fit. Measure the cabinet, exterior-wall X dimension, front-grille clearance and service access, then verify the propane and 12V connections against the approved installation instructions.

Can a customer install the furnace without a technician?

The work involves propane, 12V electrical connections and exterior combustion-air intake and exhaust. Fogatti recommends qualified professional installation and following every verification step in the approved installation instructions before operation.

What feedback will Fogatti request?

Expect questions about the RV and old furnace, cabinet and vent fit, installation time and extra parts, temperature change, airflow coverage, sound, electrical context and before-and-after photos.

When are price, availability and shipping confirmed?

Approved invitees will see the active Shopify price and availability when pilot ordering is open. Applicants will receive program and shipping details from Fogatti after their installation profile is reviewed.
