Warranty Statement

If you have any questions about the products purchased from FOGATTI, please confirm first whether you have filled out the warranty form to activate the warranty service. Once confirmed, kindly provide details of any issues you are encountering.  Our customer service team will contact you to provide after-sales support.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty period for most of our products is 12-24 months. Before shipment, all products undergo a double verification，Our testing engineers will conduct quality inspections, including checking the basic functionality, appearance, packaging, and necessary accessories of hardware and software.

If your product becomes damaged during the warranty period and requires repair, please contact the FOGATTI customer service team. We will provide repair or replacement of equipment or components based on your actual situation.

• RV Tankless Water Heater: 24 months
• RV Tank Water Heater: 12 months
• Tankless Hot Gas Water Heater: 24 months
• Rooftop Air Conditioner: 24 months
• Electric Tankless Water Heater: 12 months
• Electric Mini-Tank Water Heater: 24 months
• Other products: Contact FOGATTI customer service for details.

Note: Some products may offer extended warranty benefits, which will be honored according to the terms of the extended warranty

Warranty Limitations

• During the warranty period, all repair parts must be genuine Fogatti parts.
• All repairs or replacements must be performed by a qualified professional trained for the type of repair required.
• If a product component fails due to a manufacturing defect, Fogatti will either repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion, as determined by the Fogatti Support Team.
• Fogatti does not authorize any person or company to assume any obligation or liability related to the product replacement.

Warranty Claim Denials

A warranty claim may be denied if:

• The returned product is found to be free of defects in material or workmanship.
• The product was damaged by improper installation, use, operation, or return shipping.

Additional Terms

No one is authorized to make additional warranties on behalf of Fogatti Corporation. Except as expressly stated herein, there are no other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any implied warranties, such as those of merchantability and fitness, are limited in duration to the period of coverage specified in this Limited Warranty, unless state law provides otherwise. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

FOGATTI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other similar damages, including lost profits, damage to persons or property, loss of use, inconvenience, or liability from improper installation, service, or use.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights, which vary from state to state.
