Shipping Fees
- Free shipping is available for all orders within the contiguous United States.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
U.S. Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Shipment Details
- Orders ship within 3 business days after payment is processed.
- Delivery times may vary due to unexpected delays (e.g., weather or carrier issues).
- Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
- All orders placed on www.fogattiliving.com are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Sales Tax
- All product prices are listed excluding tax.
- Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on U.S. federal and state tax laws.
Shipping Address Requirements
- A complete and accurate shipping address is required.
- Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees for resending the package.
