30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused, unworn, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at service@fogattiliving.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after your return is accepted and processed.
European Union Customers
Including all policies mentioned above. If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at service@fogattiliving.com.
Returns for Non-Quality Issues (Buyer's Reasons)
We support "no-reason returns" within the timeframe specified by the platform. To be eligible for a return, the product must be uninstalled, never connected to water or electricity, brand new, unused, in its original intact packaging with all accessories included, and must not affect resale.

Costs: Return shipping fees, handling fees, overseas warehousing fees, and any other related expenses shall be borne by the buyer.

Exceptions: If the product has been installed, used, damaged, or is missing parts, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct a depreciation/restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Products that have been installed, or connected to water/electricity for trial use;

Sinks, water purifiers, or other products that have been cut, modified, or glued/sealed;

Damage caused by human factors, improper use, or consumption/wear of consumables (such as filter cartridges/elements);

Issues, delivery failures, or losses resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, failure to sign for delivery, or abandoned shipments.
Exchange Policy

For quality issues, missing/short shipments, incorrect items sent, or damage upon arrival: The Seller will arrange a free replacement/reshipment. All shipping costs and customs duties will be borne by the Seller.

For exchanges requested due to the buyer's personal reasons: The buyer shall be responsible for all round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, and warehousing expenses.
