Could you please provide the warranty information for the RF035 Heater?
Our RV furnace comes with a 30-day free return and refund policy. In addition, we provide two years of warranty service, which includes both parts replacement and full unit replacement if needed.
Can the unit be installed vertically? Does it come with access panel?
Yes, the unit can be installed vertically. For any installation that isn't horizontal, using the mounting bracket is a must. Please refer to page 13 of the instruction manual. I have ducted infloor heating will this work with ducting in floor?
FOGATTI RV furnaces are compatible with ducted in-floor heating. We recommend consulting a professional installer if necessary. If you have any questions, please feel free to email service@fogattiliving.com.
Can this furnace be installed as direct vent or does it require a certain amount of back pressure provide by ductwork?
The furnace is designed for central ducted heating, and the heating air outlet uses a standard, aesthetically pleasing exhaust vent. Direct-vent operation is fine for performance, but it may be less aesthetically pleasing. This is something you should evaluate on your own.
