1. When does the gift event start?
The event runs from July 6 to July 12, 2025, during the Prime Day promotion. Gift quotas reset daily at 12:00 AM PDT.
2. How can I get a free gift?
Each day, the first 2 orders over $500 will automatically receive a free gift. No additional steps are needed.
3. Can I receive more than one gift per day?
No. Each customer (per account or shipping address) can receive only one gift per day.
4. How will I know if I’ve won a gift?
Winners will be announced in the “List of Winners” section above.You can also email us to confirm your winning status.

5. Can I exchange the gift or redeem it for cash?
Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Please make sure your shipping information is correct—gifts will not be re-sent if delivery fails.
6. What happens if I cancel my order?
- If your order is canceled or refunded before it ships, the free gift will be revoked and given to the next eligible customer.
- If you request a return or refund after receiving the order, the free gift must be returned along with the product. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
7. What if I miss the gift?
Quantities are limited, and it's first come, first served. We recommend placing your order early to secure a chance to win!
